Ms. Latsha holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin and has been involved in affordable housing since 2005, working for the non-profit developer Cesar Chavez Foundation, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), and currently as Vice President of development for Pedcor Investments. She serves as the 2nd Vice President for the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers (TAAHP), volunteers at St. Austin Catholic Parish, is a proud wife and mother of two, and enjoys running, hiking, Astros baseball, and racing her car.
