Bill Hubbard is the former Executive Director of the South Alamo Regional Alliance for the Homeless. In that position he focused on ending homelessness in San Antonio by significantly increasing Federal funding for homeless programs, attracting major funding from corporate and city funding and working with partners to end Veteran homelessness. He joined the CHR board upon his retirement in 2017
